Pattern-level fraud detection for Zimbabwean banking. It links transfers across accounts to expose chains, circles and mule rings, scores each pattern 0–100 with plain-language reasons, and leaves the decision to analysts. Includes account lookup, model performance, an assistant and an audit log. The demo runs entirely in the browser.

I administer VMware vSphere, ESXi and vCenter (HA, DRS, vMotion), run Veeam backup, restore and DR testing, and support IBM FlexSystem, IBM FlashSystem/SVC and Huawei OceanStor SAN over Fibre Channel. I'm hands-on with Lenovo, Dell, HP, IBM and Huawei hardware, from rack and stack and firmware upgrades to OEM escalation.
I build internal systems and custom client applications: responsive, accessible interfaces in React and TypeScript, with back-end services and APIs in Node.js. My freeCodeCamp Responsive Web Design certification covers about 300 hours of project work.
I label and annotate data for AI development: batch labelling with PII awareness, review and quality control, and iterating on guidelines. Human-in-the-loop QA and data-quality management keep training data accurate, and I understand generative AI fundamentals.

I automate monitoring and health reporting with Python, Bash and PowerShell. I also run ITIL-aligned incident, problem and change processes, and write SOPs, RCAs and knowledge base articles to ISO 27001:2022 standards.
